Digital Support Derbyshire Digital Champions Code of Best Practice

Digital Support Derbyshire

Welcome

This Digital Champions Code of Best Practice has come about with the support of Derbyshire County Council to complement the Digital Inclusion work of Rural Action Derbyshire’s Digital Support Derbyshire programme and network. Digital Champion volunteers are vital to ensure that projects can help community members benefit from supportive, community focused digital inclusion services.

We are grateful to members of the Network who contributed to the contents of this Toolkit via their responses to a survey. This document and its associated templates are designed to assist community projects in the successful recruitment, training, management, and retention of Digital Champions.

We hope that you will find it informative, useful and reassuring.
