Equipment, skills, connectivity – building digital confidence.
The National Lottery has been funding PCrefurb’s work to combat digital exclusion since 2020.
The ongoing support we receive from the National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund has ensured that we can continue to deliver transformative support to people facing barriers to employment, accessing services, participating in their communities, maintaining independent living and managing finances online.

To mark the end of our first five-year grant we commissioned an independent evaluation by Kerrie Fletcher. Kerrie is a freelance consultant with over 20 years’ charity experience at a senior level as well as in frontline and board roles, in different organisations and different areas across the UK.
With sincere thanks to everyone involved with PCrefurb in whatever capacity, past or present, we are proud to present our evaluation which you can read below as an e-book or download as a PDF.
“PCrefurb’s reputation, track record and connections mean that it is well placed to be a key partner” in the Government’s recently published Digital Inclusion Strategy “ensuring that everyone has the access, skills, support and confidence to participate in and benefit from our modern digital society, whatever their circumstances”.
