Availability of phones – people in crisis

Updated 13th July 2026

At the time of writing we have a small supply of phones for people in crisis. Availability is variable.

If you are a Referrer supporting someone in crisis please tell us on the application form.

If you want to make an application for someone without sharing their details please fill in your own details or use initials and tell us on the application form.

Any phones available are likely to be Android smartphones. If requested, they will come with either a Vodafone SIM card which has free texts and calls for 6 months, and 40GB data per month for 6 months, or a VMO2 SIM card which has free UK texts and calls for up to 12 months, and 25GB data per month for up to 12 months. The SIMs are just like any other, generously donated by Vodafone and VMO2 through Good Things Foundation UK Data Bank. After 6 months the SIMs can be used as Pay As You Go.
